Management Coaching in Culture and Media
Systemic coaching is widely used in business context to help leaders and managers excel in their leadership roles. My focus in management coaching is on management in culture and media. Whereas managers across different areas face similar challenges, there are situations that are special when managing highly creative work. For example, leading creative people and people who are top in their field, or moving from an artistic role to a management one are some of the situations that are characteristic for managers in culture and media.

Are you in charge of hiring and/or onboarding international employees? Recruiting experts from other countries requires an excellent onboarding process, and many companies are already offering great assistance and benefits for the relocation of their international employees.
But the international hire can rise or fall depending on whether the family moving with the employee will feel good and prosper in the new country or not. For the expat partner, the relocation might mean leaving their own career behind in their home country. Moving abroad is an identity and orientation crisis – in negative or positive sense – and coaching can help to find a new direction, their own direction, in a new country. This, in turn, makes sure that your company will have a good, long-term cooperation with your new employee.
